I have been teaching Pilates and fitness for over 23years and offer small, personalised classes and 1-2-1 tuition. When you join a course you have access to my video library for no extra cost. Zoom only classes are also available or as an option with in person classes.

You will need your own mat, a resistance band is very helpful, 1.5m long (can buy in class)
