I offer One to One and Small-Group Classes to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to get personalised feedback and guidance. Beginner Classes

If you are just starting out with Pilates then this is a great place to begin! We’ll work together to find a routine that best suits you.

Morning Classes

We have Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Classes available most mornings. If you’re unsure of which level is right for you please feel free to give me a call.

Evening Classes

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Classes are all available in the evenings. I also offer a Shape and Tone Pilates session.

One to One Sessions

One to One Sessions offer a fully-personalised class and are recognised as the quickest and most effective way to change your body. Contact me for any details on this.
